Whats on at Otaki Anglican?

 

Sundays at 10 am

Communion service with All Saints Kids.

There is a cuppa and lovely food afterwards. On the fourth Sunday, we have our Pizza lunch together.

Worship night – first Sunday night of each month at 7 pm.

Once a month we are invited to a worship night to enjoy the presence of God with wonderful music on the piano-led by Alison

 

Monday

Prayer for healing, miracles and personal needs. Led by Annie, Laurie-ann and Shirley (plus others). If you have a need or would like prayer come and get prayed for or you are welcome to send in a prayer request Laurie-ann at allsaintskids@otakianglican.nz . We expect to see the supernatural hand of God. All requests are treated in confidence.

 

Tuesday /Thursday After school program 3.30 -5.30 ( includes an evening meal)

Lots of fun with a variety of activities in a safe affirming environment. Full details are found at https://www.teawhirito.nz/ . Katie is our leader together with three other paid staff. This is funded by Te Awhi Rito Trust – a working together of Presbyterian, All Saints and Rangiatea Churches.

Wednesday

Children’s playgroup 9.30-12 in Hadfield Hall. This is a great place to explore music. movement, and play with your preschooler and build friendships with others caring for preschoolers too

Music for tamariki under 5 years 9:30 am-12 pm Come and have some fun with your little ones with music and play, spend time with other parents as your tamariki enjoy making new friends and playing together. Music starts at 9:30 am, followed by morning tea at 10 am, then free play till noon.

Be assured of a warm welcome and a great time for your children as they play with new friends. Katie Lewis is the leader and is an experienced children’s worker. Contact Katie (0226146118) for more details.

Thursday

Cobblers in the supper room beside the town library, where you can have some lovely homemade soup. This is another joint church/Cobwebs Trust venture led by Sheila and Tony Hart.

Friday

Our Foodshare is open from 10am -11am. The Food Share is run like a supermarket with a wide variety of food and household items available at no cost. It is especially for people struggling with budgets to feed children and for seniors who struggle to make ends meet. Bring along a shopping bag or a box and take what you need. Be assured of a warm welcome and a cuppa after.

December 28th Methodist Covenant service at All Saints

December 28th – January 18th No services at St. Margaret’s.
